ChannelGrabber is thrilled to announce we will be launching a brand update for our multichannel order management software.
A small yet significant step, the rebrand represents our continued commitment to delivering a next-generation ecommerce inventory and multichannel order management system for our customers.
The updated platform design reflects our new brand for ChannelGrabber, which was established earlier this year through an exciting creative process and brought to life on our website. Encapsulating our desire to deliver bold, intuitive and intelligent solutions to the ecommerce industry, the new branding symbolises an ambitious new chapter in our journey. With revitalised investment and resources, ChannelGrabber has already delivered a new analytics and reporting dashboard, +30 new integrations, and essential infrastructure rebuilds all within a very short time. These new developments and branding have already sparked a lot of excitement amongst our customers and our team, especially as there is a promise of much more to come soon.
The rebranding process, although only a small piece of development to our software, serves to visibly communicate the changes we are making to ChannelGrabber. We are incredibly focused on listening to our customers and aligning our development, new features and integrations to meet these.
The wireframe designs for the new system interface were led by Clare Cormican, our dedicated product manager, who has been with us for over ten years. Her expertise and experience in the industry have been invaluable in developing a new look that better reflects our brand’s identity and values.
Katie Connor, another one of our product managers who joined us from AO.com, has been responsible for coordinating the project and working closely with one of our many talented developers to implement the changes. Together, they have delivered a fantastic rebranding project that we are confident will have a positive impact on our customers’ experience.
Commenting on the refresh, Ben Edge, who previously led teams at Boohoo Group PLC, Lloyds Banking Group and RBS before joining us as Head of Product, commented:
“We remain committed to providing our customers with innovative and high-quality software solutions, and ensuring that their experience with us is always exceptional. We want to stress the difference in approach ChannelGrabber is now taking to our product roadmap to ensure that we deliver the functions and capabilities to sustain the growth ambitions of our customers today. We are thrilled to share a sneak peek into our rebranding initiative with you and no doubt you will be very pleased once it has been rolled out in the next couple of weeks. ”
