Capterra has over 200,000 vetted user reviews spanning its 400+ software categories. In numerous software categories, they have gathered enough reviews to provide a way to recognise highly rated products and companies and help consumers in software product discovery and purchase decisions. The “Best” badges synthesize these reviews to recognize the most highly-rated products by users in a given software category.
Why We Received The Accolade
The badges are based on select review ratings from actual customers and are given to the products with the highest average review rating score across all of the products’ published reviews in the submission period. Only the ratings of review field that the specific badge represents will be considered. For example, “Best Support” will consider only the user ratings for customer support.
