If you sell online and are considering using Expandly review our comparison page to evaluate both solutions.
For a company that’s been around as long as Expandly has we struggled to find any reviews, whilst ChannelGrabber’s customers can’t help but sing its praises. We reached out to Expandly who stated they had lots of independant reviews, but declined to let us know where we could find them.
Both solutions offer training included yet Expandly’s website states “1hr Setup Support”. We also found dedicated remote support sessions are priced at £40 per hour, where this would be free on ChannelGrabber. Expandly has since contacted us to say they do not limit setup support to 1 hour in spite of what their website says so it is up to you to decide how to interpret that information. The only thing we know for certain is we don’t limit your support in any way. Everyone will need a unique amount of assistance getting going, and we’re here to accommodate that, free of charge.
ChannelGrabber is a real alternative to Expandly, and as an Expandly competitor offers a very different pricing structure. ChannelGrabber offers a fixed fee based on your order volume whilst Expandly charges increase by up to 25% with each Shipping Carrier you connect with.
Every business is unique, what works for you won’t work for someone else.
